help-how to transfer video from e810 to pc

hi friends,

i tried with easy-gprs which comes with e810 to transfer the videos but there is no option available for transfering the video files through easy-gprs.

how to transfer-plz help.

also plz tell me if it is possible to mute the shutter sound while taking photo with e810 camera
