Broken LCD 3120 and i need help

I just bought a 3120 and i tripped over within an hour of buying it and smashed the LCD Waranty doesnt cover it so its up to me to fix it.... i have a broke 3200 with a perfect screen..... Any Chance i could take the one off the 3200 and use it in my 3120?

Or any other cheap idears cause Nokia is trying to charge 110 for the screen and installation, which i think is bull as i got the phone for almost that price.
