    Question Please help to unlock Nokia 6200

    Please help me to unlock my Nokia 6200 which I got from USA.
    It was from AT&T, but the contract has been over.
    The IMEI is <removed>

    I have tried the following, but it didn't work
    #pw+removed+1#

    Is there any difference with or without SIM card when I enter the code?
