    Exclamation 3310 flash file

    Has any 1 got a fls. file 4 my nokia 3310 v4.24 cos when i read it wit nokia tool by Rolis v1.8 it tells me my MSIN should start with 81,83, but my numbers are nearly all zeros plus the odd 1, can any 1 help me. Do i need the MCU & PPM files to flash them back on my fone thanx
