Arrow newbie: unlocking 7250i, which GEN do i use? New Griffin?

hi there, (newbie alert). i have generated codes for a nokia 7250i using the New Griffin GEN,
    here is the log:

    IMEI: <removed>
    NETWORK: 23430
    PHONE TYPE: 2
    BOX: 34144

    CODES:
    #removed+1#

my question is which code do i start with if i only have 5 attempts to unlock with code, and is the new griffin GEN the right one to use for this phone.
the phone is locked to virgin at the moment, and wanna go to 'o2' .
all help much appreciated on this, as i dont wanna bugger her phone up, and i aint got a cable for that phone yet to use with NokTools18
    Thanks Dee..

Ok, as a newbie (I don't like the adjective but well, as a matter of fact I didn't think about a replacement) start by reading the rules, as neither imei nor code posting are allowed here.

Type in your phone *#0000# and post what it says, specially the firmware date.

Also, you need one, at max two codes to unlock the phone. Not the seven. The seven is because there are seven possible locks, but just one or two are commonly used.

    Best regards
