hi ive bought a e330 data cable of ebay when i plug data cable into my usb on computer it dont come up found new hardware
do you think cable is faulty or do you have to do something

Is it a USB or a Serial cable that you bought?
Are you using Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP?
If it is serial, you dont get drivers, the program should directly link with it. If its a USB cable, you need to install the cable drivers.
