    Cannot Undo Restriction Vertu Ascent

    I am having problems with Vertu Ascent .I tried some codes but it says - cannot undo restriction- .So, after this point , what do I have to do to get the phone work with the network provider ?
    It should work either Vodafone or Turkcell .I have found master code of it ,but what is that for ?
