nk3200 - Memory Problems - Would a Reset work?

Hi,
My Nokia 3200 seems to have developed some problems with it's memory. Contacts in the address book are sometimes hidden from view but on checking the memory status, they are there still. If I add the contacts to the phone again using the same details, they also tend to hide away.

Sometimes the contacts reappear briefly but most often they just hide.

This isn't a settings problem for I have set the contacts view to see all contacts (both those stored on SIM and those on the phone it'self).

If I buy a phone managment software program do you think I could reset the phone and fix this problem?

Any other solutions appreciated.

to me this sounds like a software problem that can be most easily solved with a firmware update, but if this isnt an option to you, then you could try a factory reset... if your phone is under warranty then take it to a nokia shop and have it done free!!
