how to make good quality, loud & clear mp3 ringtones ?

any suggestions ?

First convert the audio to mp3 using high bitrate, 192 kbps and stereo output for example. You can also use wave editor pc appz to increase the mp3 volume and also for cutting it.

but doin' that the mp3 file will have a LARGE size. i use a program called .OGG Play so i convert all my .mp3 into .ogg the file will have much more quality and have a smaller size.

Its ok also not to convert all the mp3s to ogg bec you need also to install ogg player instead you can use musicmatch to convert higher bitrate mp3 to lower bitrate, 64kbps is ok to 6630, i used it also and the sound is better. Musicmatch have built in converter which you can lower the bitrate.... and as i said 64kbps is ok on 6630.
