Nokia 6230

Hi i have a nokia 6230, and when i turn the phone on all it deplays is a white screen.

I have charged it fully.

i leave the phone on for about 1min and try dialing 02 topup, it dials and you can here them speeking.

I think the screen as gone, how much is a new one, and how easy are they to fit.

Or is there anything els could be wrong with it cheers

Probably like U say the lcd is broke somehow.

The white screen is not the lcd itself but the backlight.

I had such phone once, it cost me 45 euro here in Holland to let it be fixed by Nokia Service Centre.

It's also very simple to do it Urself, all U need it a torx screwdriver and the patience not to force anything.

No soldering or so, just open the phone, click in the connector and close the phone again.
