    Nokia 3230 boot up problem

    Hi all,

Just got a Nokia 3230 in with a boot up problem. Phone starts up displays the nokia logo and then hangs. Only way to turn it off is to remove battery.

I have so far. Reflashed phone with latest firmware, downgraded firmware etc with no joy. As this is my first 3230 anybody else seen this problem?

Electro, do you get any in like this?

never seen this fault on this model before... never even seen one of these in before!!

there are a few people on here who would tell you to try "erasing the user area a few times then reflash and test... personally i was skeptical before but i have heard of it working with people so try that ?!?

your not getting a flash fail so i wouldnt think there is anything wrong with your Flash ICs... ummm i dunno... my instinct tells me that i would get really bored of this fault and probably reflow everything thats not undersealed... if that doesnt fix it i would bin it!!! hehehehe

ps... thats what "I" would do... am not saying "YOU" should do that!!!
Searching is the act of trying to find something or someone...

One may search for something that is known to exist, with the intent to locate it...

If You Post IMEI's or Code Request then READ THIS!!

Bored of the fault, well that would just about sum this one up I think. I'm pretty sure it will still be under warranty so I think that is where it is destined to end up. Can't really expend the time on just one handset.

Is there anywhere online to check warranty details or is it just service centres?

    Thanks.......again!
