Nokia 6230i Cameramodule

Hi,
does anybody have a datasheet of the cameramodule (or the name of the manufacturer) used inside the nokia 6230i. THX

there are two types used in the RM-72 (6230i) these are

LZOP3932, Ceramic (brown)

and

TCM8120MD, F4R (green)

the second one is Toshiba and the other i dont know!!!

I think the first one is a Sharp Module (they do have a LZ0P37xx series...) maybe these are custom specific modules just for nokia so it will not be easy to get the datasheets I might be able to find out the pinout of the module because it's in the nokia schematics, but I need the commandset for the I²C bus to control and use it in own designs...
Does anyone have an idea where to get ???

The camera module seems to meet the smia standard so anything (pinout,interfaces,...) is well defined...

what are you trying to do!? whats the project your working on??

Well working on different thing's (but nothing bigger the 4x4 cm ) A very
small Mobile for example - just for fun...
