My Nokia 7610 is restarting, please help me??

I have a Nokia 7610, then i start it it shows the Nokia Logo, and when the PIN screen comes, it restarts.

I have tryed to take the SIM card and the MMC card out of the phone, but the same happens.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Try a hard format. Follow these steps but you will lose all your data...

1. Charge the battery fully
2. Turn off phone and remove MMC and sim card
3. Hold down the following three keys * 3 and the call button
3. Whilst holding them down press the power on button
4. When the word formatting appears on the screen release the 3 keys you are holding down

A black bar will move across the screen and format the phone. When finished, reinsert your sim and power up the phone

Do not fiddle or turn off whilst formatting.
