Ngage problem

Hey, got my ngage of ebay and was really looking forward to playing it but I cant unlock it, says "Not allowed" I thought maybe the other guy was tryed to unlock it but messed up the 5 attempts.

Does it just mean its a wrong code or the 5 attempts are up? searched the forums and theres no post stating all the error messages.

If you tryed wrong 5 times your phone is in "hardlock" mode. Therefore the corrent message you did get. The only way to get the phone unlocked is by taking it to the phone company where you bourght it. The only way to unlock it is by connecting it to a computer.
