nokia 3315 & nokia 8250 battery low & auto restart

hi all,

i've have 2 old nokia phone 3310 & 8250, the problem is after charge battery show full bar can make a call but after 3 bar there start a problem, battery low then auto restart. change with a new battery, still have a same problem....... pleaz somebody... help me solve this problem...

this problem also occured with me. ihave tried many way but this problem i solved with reflashed with new flash.
