CDMA Channel B Setting

I am having Nokia 2280 CDMA phone which is resetted using the code *#7370# (full factory reset). Now I am trying to do the NAM programming using the code *3001#12345# it is allwoing me to change all values to the required ones. But the values for Primary CDMA Channle B (to be set to 201) and Secondary CDMA challe B (to be set to 160) are not being accepted through the key pad of the phone. It is giving Invalid Value error. Now is there any way to change them to the required values? Is it possible through any software? Plese let me know.
