Nokia 7210 problem

Hi
I want to swop the SIM card in my 7210, but although it can then send and receive SMS and receive calls; it cannot make outgoing calls-an error message "Call not allowed" appears.
The phone works OK with other SIM cards and the SIM card works on other phones! I did try an unlocking code but it didn't make any difference.
The SIM card is an old Cellnet Pay as you Go.
Any ideas please.

try with a newer sim.u'r phone might not support older 5V sim.hope this helps
