Samsung D600 Phone Lock Help

Hi someone has just given me a samsung d600 and when i switch on it says phone lock what does this mean does it mean it need unlocking i have tried several sims can anyone please help thanks

it means some1 put a code for changin sim try this without sim

the phone is locked. but not locked to a network. usually happens when wrong pin or security code is put in so many times.

take it to a shop and get it fixed. or buy a d500/d600 unlocking cable, download winimei and do it urself
