You seem to be smart enough to have at least posted in the correct forum. So why haven't you bothered to read through it first ? Then maybe you would have worked out that the 6280 is not coming up on the DCT4 unlock code calculator because it's not a DCT4 phone and cannot be unlocked with this or any another code calculator. It's a BB5 phone and you can only get the unlock code from your network operator.
