Nokia 3650

Ciao, I have problem with my Nokia 3650, and it is about ringing.
Here is the thing, my good budy called me and am refuse his call and afte that my phone doesnt rings, and when I try to choose ringtone it doesnt make any sound.
I start to knocking my phone and it seems like it make some sound with short brakes.
I didnt washed him and didnt make any stress to him and this is appear suddenly and unexpectedly.
Im asking all of you for help me (if there is some site with shematic pic for nokia 3650 inside parts I would be gratifully).
Im also bring my phone to electronic center and they said to me there is problem with polyphonys, but I dont believe them.
Please help me anyways!
