Hi there,

I have a 3100b Nokia which switches on to a white screen.

U have a DKU-5 data USB Cable which picked up the phone ok within Xp and i can browse to its contents, contacts etc.

I want to flash the phone, but can't.

I've tried using Phoenix, but it says no phone connected, even though Windows Nokia Suite reports it is.

Can anyone suggest what software will flash this phone?
