If a unlocked 5190 accepts a different sim card yet does not have access to system (T Mobile) can the phone still be locked in some way if the sim is active and valid? that would keep phone from working?

Hi,

That's a single band phone, it doesn't support sim's that operate on other frequencies.

Would that account for it saying "no access". It shows two systems available one being T Mobile. T Mobile says the phone is not unlocked. Yet it accepts the sim card?.
