8800 Help Needed

Hi Guyz,

It's been a while since my last my post.

I have an 8800 thats been dropped in a cuppa Tea. I know what your thinking but a female friend did it.

The thing is it works, receives and makes calls, the keypad lights up

But the screen doesn't. So before i take it apart....

Do you think it's the screen broken or just bad conections stopping it lighting up...

Any help would be appreciated... Thanks in advance

heat the connecting on the flex cable points and heat the chip up around the screen with a slodering iron, or just simpley clean the contact on the flex cable hope it all goes well cheers tim
