ACK stands for acknowledge....
Part of the flashing acknowledge is repeating commands.
So when the flasher sends command to phone, the phone
sends same command back as acknowledge...
Check all the cables...

But my 8310 also cannot turn on can anybody help me???Did anybody know that what software can i use to flash 8310 flash file into 8310?
