Free sms sending

Can anyone tell me if it is true! can you get free text sending if you put a different sim card i.e network in your phone,turn on/off replace original sim and change sms number to a different network than the sim.i.e 1-2-1 sim / orange sms number.

no! but if it did it'd be a miracle and i'll be the richest person in the world coz i pay £££££'s in txts! you can get free sms numbers but here (england) i don't know any, germany and others have sms happyhours etc...
