What is the difference between dejan cables: NK-DEJAN
nokia flash cables NK-FLASH and NK-UNLOCK

I want to upgrade my phone, wich of these cables should i use?

mate you should have a dejan box, i guess thats NK_Dejan. it will be a light brown box plugging into LPT1 port with a RS232 connector on the other end that a cable goes into. That box can do everything you need really, flash, unlock, update faid, reset... it is working with software like winddp, windls or dct3 workshop. i dont know what you have on cd.
NK_flash i would think is the standard flasher cable (Dejan 1.00b). Should be a cable plugging into LPT1 port with a 6 way mini din socket on one end (ps2 socket), you use that with software like Rolis flasher, knok for just flashing the phone. If you write a different version of software with that, youll also need to use the data cable afterwards to update faid.
nk_unlock is a simple data cable probably, pluging into a spare com port to allow you to unlock, reset, change imei, upload logo/tone. use with software like rolis tool 1.8, eeprom tools...
i hope you see there is really no need to have paid for all of that, it is really all the same thing
