I wonder if i can upgrade my sw using a full backup from a 6210 v5.17 and flash it into a 6210 v3.04, can i do this with flash cabels and Dejans flasher?

No.. sorry it cannot be done with Dejan Flasher.. can only be done with TDF4 Box, or similar such as JIC BOX
