I have noticed in c/system / sharedata
it has lots ini files but if you open them it says no related application installed

Is it safe to delete them as some are as big as 928b

There are similar in shedules

928b is tiny!!, thats not even taking up 1k of your memory (you should have around 3600k when your phone is empty)

It doesn't seem to let me delete them!

just leave it there. if ur looking for a program to safely remove the files some programs leave behind when u uninstall them, use appman.
