3310 cable problem

I've just bought fone data suite with F-/M- bus cable for nokia 3310.
Fone data suite software works fine, as well as Oxygen phone manager.
But when I try to write or read whit Rolis or Knok the program can't find the phone.

Knok say's: Cannot prepare phone

Does somebody know what the problem could be?

You need a flashing cable not F/M Bus .ts easy to build if you got some electronics skills.
