    Best solution for contacts...

The very best way to shrink your contacts size anytime: use the nameswap progy once or twice and swap all names...

    Thumbs up I used that

And it wreck havoc on my contacts on Outlook as outlook treated it all a new contacts and re-inserted them all to my contact folder and I did not notice it first time then synch again as I added a new contact on the phone and again it wreck havoc on my phone and my contact was originally 135 it turned out to be 270+ and since then I quit using nameswap although it's a good proggy for someone unlike me who tend to synch and forget the settings.

Maybe if u use it once and it swaps all names can cause a havoc with outlook but if u do it TWICE it swaps the names again in it's original position. Can't go wrong with that...

I personally couldn't live without NameSwap - it helped me quickly rename all people in my contacts (which I synched from Outlook) - then I deleted the Outlook database and did a NameSwap on all names. Finally it gave me the results I wanted - when somebody called me it no longer displayed Surname Name but Name Surname. Yayy! After that NameSwap got uninstalled (as all you have to do when adding a new contact is to put a name where the surname was supposed to be and vise-versa). Then I did a sync again and got the complete newly arranged contact list back on the pc.

@Rath-Boo: Use PCSuite and do backups regularly :}. Saved my ass a lot of times til now.

May the SymbianForceOS be with you,
