NEC E606 or E808

I'm seriously thinking of upgrading my phone now and have been looking at getting an NEC E606 or E808 3G phone,

Has anyone used either of these?, they have built in still and video cameras and 64 meg of internal memory along with a huge range of other features,

I and really fed up with running out of memory and the general instability of my 7650 and cant be bothered with it anymore, it lets me down just when i need it and the speakerphone mode is terrible, i cant hear it half the time and the other end says its all echoey,

Or are there any other 3G phones that people would recommend?

NEC E808 on order now on a 3G tariff (380K/s permanent internet connection with 45meg per month allowance), the features this phone has are endless!!, including 64meg of memory ;o), finally i will be able to load the gameboy emu and a whole pile of games ,

I'm not deserting my 7650 though, cos i will keep it as my spare phone incase this new beastie doesnt do what its meant to

I could have had the motorola 835, but it only has 1 camera and is removeable and is only a 100k pixel, the 808 is a 300k pixel resolution so much better picture quality
