Have a Talkabout here that is security locked (maybe also SIM/Provider).
Is it possible to remove it without Emmi/RoEmmi?

Nah, regarding to SIM lock, only with EMMI clip or EMMI box. But if it´s only with user lock, try with those old "test cards", and read the code on the display.
