3310 - New problem

hello,

im having a new problem, im using rolis flasher 4.78 and im trying to read a flash and its giving me this error

Power OFF mobile first and then connect
(Or check cable : phone TX=low(0) expected but phone TX=high read)


i was using the software yesterday with no problems, so why the sudden fault?

ive checked everything and even used a different rolis flasher and still the same, the battery is full and im using all the right leads (im not that stupid )

hope someone can help so i can try and carry on with my mod

I had the same problem and after a long research, I found that the problem is the pins of the battery. The contacts were bad and I must push the battery from the back and it works well.

chack if you have clean contacts.

You turn on your phone too quickly!!
Or your phone is on when you try to flash!

first take out the battery and put it back in!
Then plug the cable in tell it to flash!
Wait a couple of seconds then turn on phone!

It needs time to load up the software headder to the buffer!
