I would simply post the IMEI and network code again...

If I were the one to unlock, I wouldn't look for any numbers posted yesterday...

remember - people giving away codes are doing U a favour... so I would make it easy and simple for them...

if your phone not acept more codes the uniq solution is unlock by cable if your version of phone is at last v4.12
