    does anyone out there know how to unlock a phillips 355 on pay as you go virgin mobile? any help would be gratefully appreciated.

    Philips Delok, rVolume and RedBox can help you. These are all hardware solutions, no free solution exists. My advice - take it to a pro to have it unlocked

    You could also pay virgin to unlock your phone, this may even be free if you have spent enough with them
