Help Unlock MyX-5

Hi,

I have a simlock problem with my X5 : even if there are no sim inside, the only thing that appear on the screen is SIM locked and a place to enter a code. When I try tu use the code *2266326232X to know the informations of the phone, it don't work... Can someone tell me what software can I use or to unlock my mobile, or to get the fields, .... and where can I get it?????
