Nokia 5310 Question-Flashing

Hey guys,

I am new to the boards here and I don't know which category it falls into so I will ask it here and hopefully someone can direct me to the right section.

I have a Nokia 5310 which came with T-Mobile. It is unlocked now, and I am an AT&T user so all is good but I was wondering if there is a way to get all those tzones and other stuff deleted and get all at&t stuff on it. I don't know if that is called Flashing or not but if it is, then that is what I am asking.
