firstly haapy christmas,
i was wondering if anyone can help, ive got an o2 xda exec and it will not go past the o2 startup screen, i have been advised to get the rom reloaded but i wanted to know if it is possible for me to do it and how if anyone can help.

go to o2's website and select the model you have there you will see a suport / download tab this will allow you to dl the rom upgrade file it's easy to do you only need you'r usb cradle and charger takes about 10 miniutes to do
