Nokia 7610 Flash error

Hi all,

Got a Nokia 7610 that wont power up. Tried reflashing the firmware with UFS and i get the following error:

Would I be right in saying this is another Flash IC error. It seems to erase ok but will not write. Any help as always is appreciated.
