Moto V3

I have a moto V3. Bought of ebay only to find doesn't work. I am able to send and receive texts but not send and receive phone calls. I have tried loads of different sim cards etc but calls always show up as failed.

someone told me the phone might be blocked.

how can i fix this? anyone have means to do so, will post right away!

Is there anyway to 'unblock' it to get calls working. a flash or flex or something? otherwise, i dunno wot to do with the phone.

the phone is blocked unfortunately it is not worth trying anything else with it as tere isnt a way to do it, and even if there was it is illegal. sorry friend
