5210 Help Please

Hi Guys

Firstly i would to say i am new here and secondly thanks to you guys i have reflashed and unlocked 2 x 8210's.... but i have this 5210 that just wont unlock ? well nokiatool 18 says the phone is unlocked but when i insert a sim i get full signal, when i dial a number i get the no signal beeps ??

Also i have seen posts about changeing th Imei number ?? may i ask what do u change it too?? any of the digits or do i need a full number ??

The 5210 is unlocked, but it is also blacklisted or barred (however you want to discribe it) this happens for one of three reasons:-

1. The phone has been reported as stolen.
2. The phone has been reported as lost.
3. It was a contract handset and the person who had the contract didn't pay the bill and the network cut it off (which is also technicaly stolen because in the first year of contract the handset belongs to the network).

As for changing the IMEI thats illegal in most countries
