Help!!!

I bought a data cable for my 3530. (I'm using windows XP)
MobiMB finds the phone and I can see the folders.
When you put a picture on and then go into gallery on the phone, the picture is there and the thumbnail is blank and then when you go to it and go open it says 'unable to open file' and then the file goes away (the file also goes away after its been there for about 30secs even if you havn't gone into it - unless you get rid of the .gif or .jpg before puting it on the phone, this way it stays on but it still does not work).
And with games it says 'Invalid file' (the games don't go away like the pictures - you have to delete them yourself)
And with ringtones, they copy on and then when you try to play them the phone freezes and you have to remove the battery. (they also go away unless you remove the file type at the end of the filename)
When I use logomanager it says 'accessory not supported'.
And my version of oxygen phone manager isn't compatable with 3530 (or 3510 or 3510i).
Is this a software problem or is there something wrong with my data cable

are u try to install userport?? if not try run it first

I've tried Userport but it still does the same thing.
I have a feeling that it might be the program because i'm using a crack.
I tried using the demo version to see if this was why it wasn't working properly but the demo doesn't allow you to do anything.

What do you think the problem is-
The phone, the cable, the program or something else???

If anyone has a program that I can put pictures on to my phone can you please attach it (even if it is a demo because I know that you are not allowed to put warez on this site) because I want to see if it is The phone, the cable, the program or something else???
