1100 Not charging

Could you kindly give me a solution of "1100 Not charging " problem. I have been compelled to return back 3 sets to the customers. I did everything what was needed. Didn't change any IC. But still the same problem persists.

If anybody knows something about this problem then pls.share it to overcome the problem.

open the phone and make sure there is NO sign of liquid damage on the PCB... then look at the diagram and check all the components on the Charging line... this includes battery contacts...

if it still doesnt charge then your UEM is faulty!!
