Unlocking Nokia 2600 classic? Help!

I am hoping someone might be able to help me. I have been trawling through all of the info, here on on NokiaFREE.org, for unlocking the 2600 but it is all pretty old info (from 2005 and 2006). Nothing relates to the nokia 2600 classic phone. I read on another website that there is no free unlocking codes for the 2600 classic - is this true? Hopefully not!!

Can you help me unlock my phone? I have my IMEI number, I used the code *#0000# to get: Nokia 2600c-2, software version V5.61, manfacture date 18/04/08 and model RM 340. The phone is locked to T-mobile (UK).

I only have 4 more goes to insert unlocking codes, used the first one and it didn't work, which prompted me to get help !!! I read about GEN being the only variable in creating the DCT4 code. If you can figure this out the right code from the 7 generated on this site will be obvious? Am I right?

Can you help me to figure out the right GEN for my phone? Or just help in general to unlock my phone!?!

these both do your 2600,,
but to make sure,when he screen comes up with your codes,u will see at bottom,
a mastercode,
if you try the mastercode 1st,(try reset settings on your phone-insead of using default 1234
type in the mastercode,if wrong,dont use the *#pw+codes....
if it work then try only code7,
i think your version is asic11,,and cannot be done this way.
but try the haris cal 1st.

if all else fails,,,,u need ufs3 or jaf box, and fbus cables,,,,software is now free(just need box...
