MC60 power off by self.......

Dear All.........

I have MC60 dead and I try reflashing phone.......... and phone can power on righ now but if I press power on button :

1.without sim card=> phone said insert sim card and after second phone power off by self.
2.with simcard inserted=> phone said Please confirm to switch on phone and power off by self.

dia any body know or can help me what the problem is......????
