How to remove tamper alert by n-box

I have T191 having tamper alert and lock, anybody to help me on how to remove tamper alert and lock in my phone through n-box

Open phone...and check if the back up battery is there...than..found t191srv software by hacksgsm...open progy..plug t191 cable to PC and phone than click on tamper alert repair...

PS..:if the phone doesnt light up after detamper..open it remove the back up battery wait a min..and put it back...than close..should work..
