    Nokia Hands Free Kit HS-5

    Hi,
    I have just replaced this hands free kit thinking it faulty, as I could not recieve calls using the cable switch although the sound was in the earpiece. The new one is exactly the same, so it must be the phone. Anyone any ideas on repair/service.

    The phone is a 6610i.

    maybe

    6610i is a very old model so your handfree connecter on phone need replacement.....and 1 more is the upgrade the frimware
