I think my OS was deleted

When I was trying to download extras to my Kyocera SE47 i think I may have done something wrong. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This is the message I get when I turn it on. This is what it does and it does not do anything else. How do I fix this. Immediate response is needed.

Also I think I may have to have a program or something (I'm new at this) to unlock my phone so I can put things on it.


What is Diagnostics Mode?

Does anyone have a back up of their phone that i may use(at no cost to me) to see if I can get it to work like that?
