recover password for bluetooth paired device

hi all, i have 2 6310i mobiles, one for work and one personal, i have a car kit and my works mobile is paired to it ok vie bluetooth conection. Is there a way to recover the paired phones to the carkit's password, i know its only 4 numbers, but cant find the dam book with the numbers on it, Just i want to be able to pair the other phone to the car kit when i am not working.

I am sure there must be a way i can do this from the phone, Anyone help me with this please as i dont want to have to get another/replace the carkit i have.

Normally, stuff like that is 0000. I don't think there is a limit to the number of attempts you can have, so you could try various different numbers. Alternatively, you could look for a PDF version of the manual on the manufacturers site, as that might have it in.

thanks, will have to see wht the unit is in the car and look for a pdf manual i think, it would take to long to go through all 4 digit numbers to get the correct one.
