Problem in Nokia 3650

When the phone rings and the vibrate alert off, the volume some times gets loud and other gets low, even I put the volume in 9 degree, the problem is that sometimes loud and other low whatever the volume is, is my phone is the only one has this problem or the Nokia 3650 has this problem
I try it in version 3.16, 4.13 and all has the same problem

Try upgarding it to 4.17

sounds like it could be a speaker problem??? take it to a nokia care centre see what they have to say about it.

my 3650 ringtones are fine, but then i am using wav files that ive increased the volume on cos they dont sound that loud normally
